How to use: Wet your face. Pump out some foam onto your palm (roughly golf-ball size) and spread out over your whole face. Shake the can well and hold it upright. Use your finger pads to massage the wings of your nose, chin, forehead and cheeks in circular motion for about 20 to 30 seconds. Rinse off fully with cold or warm water. Avoid contact with the eyes. Rinse off immediately if the foam gets into your eyes. If you massage your face for 20 to 30 seconds after covering your face with foam, your blood circulation will improve.
