Product delivery time:

In-stock items will be shipped within 1 day (shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen problems or delivery congestion), and back-ordered items will be shipped within 30 days. 

For products with individual delivery dates, the delivery dates are displayed on the detailed explanation page for each product. 

However, if the product cannot be shipped within 30 days, if MiakeBD  determines that it is impossible to arrange the product, or for other reasons, we may cancel your order regarding your wishes. Customers can cancel their orders at any time until the ordered products are shipped, with the exception of some special order products.

There is no additional delivery charge for delivery on the same day, the next day, or on a specified day.

If you specify same-day delivery, you may pay extra delivery charges.

If you specify same-day delivery or next-day delivery on the order date, we will select the delivery company that can deliver your order in the shortest possible time depending on the delivery situation.

Returns/Cancellations and Exchanges:

As a general rule, returns and exchanges of products purchased at MiakeBD are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused and must be returned within 8 days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

If you have a request, please be sure to contact the MiakeBD inquiry desk in advance. If the product is returned to us without prior notification, we will not accept a return or exchange. Please note.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping. Please return the item in sufficient packaging.

Rules for exchanges and returns

Due to the nature of the product and at the request of the manufacturer, we will confirm the status of returns and exchanges upon prior contact from the customer. Depending on the content, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

MiakeBD also strives to use simple packaging. Shipping slips may be attached directly to the product presentation box. We cannot accept returns for this reason.

Initial failure after a considerable period of time has passed since the date of purchase

Reasons such as the product appearance (color, shape, etc.) differing from the image

Reasons such as damage, scratches, or stains on the cosmetic box (excluding significant damage caused by problems during delivery, etc.)
