1. Registered Address which is provided on the trade license needs to be mentioned on the website footer or contact us page.

2. Trade license Number needs to be mentioned on the website footer or in the about us section.

3. No demo version or Under Maintenance site will be acceptable in the case of Payment Gateway. There should be a live product or service available on the website.

4. Product stock quantities or details should be clearly displayed in the product description. For out-of-stock items, this information should also be included in the product image. Stock status can be indicated numerically or through labels such as “Available/Unavailable” or “In Stock/Out of Stock.”

5. Third-party advertisements should not be allowed. If the merchant allows any third-party advertisement, it should be his responsibility. If the merchant shares any customer information with any third party it should be the merchant’s responsibility.

6. During checkout, there should be a checkbox right before ‘confirming/placing an order which prompts the customer to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy (all hyperlinked to the respective pages). The checkbox should be blank and the customer has to check it themselves in order to proceed.
