Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, personal care products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible, including bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be applicable in the following situations:

• The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
• The return request is submitted after the return period.
• The product has been opened or used, especially for skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items.
• Free gifts, promotional items, discounted bundles, or clearance items are not refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

• If the return is due to a wrong product, damaged item, defective item, or an error from Miake BD, we will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return is requested due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
