All orders placed on Miake BD are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or promotional campaigns may require slightly longer processing times due to high order volume.
Once your order is processed, you may receive a confirmation message or email with shipping details.
2. Same Day Delivery
Miake BD offers Same Day Delivery within Dhaka city for eligible orders.
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for same day delivery.
- Eligible orders will be delivered within the same day.
- Same Day Delivery Charge: ৳80
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be delivered on the next available delivery schedule.
3. Shipping Coverage
Miake BD currently delivers products across all over Bangladesh through trusted delivery partners.
We aim to ensure safe and reliable delivery to both major cities and remote areas.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Inside Dhaka
- Standard delivery within 24–36 hours
Outside Dhaka
- Standard delivery within 24–48 hours
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your delivery type and order amount.
- Same Day Delivery (before 12:00 PM, Dhaka only): ৳80
- Free Delivery All Over Bangladesh on orders ৳800 or above
Free delivery applies automatically for eligible orders of ৳800+ across Bangladesh.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or shipping confirmation message from our delivery partner.
This helps you monitor the status of your shipment until delivery.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, the package may be returned to us:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
In such cases, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If you notice any of the following issues:
